童擎一,博士,副教授,博士生导师,2014年6月毕业于四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,获医学博士学位。2014年7月到我校同济医学院新葡萄3522登录网页版做博士后,2018年5月留校任讲师,2019年11月至今任副教授。承担本科生《药理学》,研究生《药学生物技术》、《应用药理学》等课程的理论和实验教学,作为主讲教师之一的《药理学》分别获2022年国家级和2021年省级一流本科课程认定。已在Cell Discovery, Nucleic Acids Research,Journal of the American Chemical Society, Angewandte Chemie-International Edition, Frontiers in Immunology,Chinese Chemical Letters(2篇),Organic Letters(3篇)和等学术期刊上发表SCI论文60余篇,其中一作和通讯(含共同)论文29篇,IF大于10的4篇,IF大于5的累积21篇,总引用近1300,H因子22。获2023湖北省科协优秀论文奖1项(主页:https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Qingyi-Tong)。主持国自然面上和青年基金项目、湖北省重大科技项目子课题等项目共10项,作为骨干参与国家重点研发计划1项,申请国内专利6项、PCT国际专利1项,已授权2项。任中国药理学会会员、抗炎免疫药理专业青委会委员,湖北省毒理学会、药理学会理事,中国免疫学会会员、中医药免疫分会委员。Current Medical Science、医药导报、中国药师等杂志编委、审稿人。入选湖北省医学青年拔尖人才,作为参与人获2021年度湖北省科学技术奖一等奖1项。
研究方向
1.新药发现及前期研究:从病理出发,构建肿瘤、器官损伤、炎症等疾病模型,从新颖天然产物及其衍生物中筛选出活性分子,或从头设计并筛选出具有相关活性的小分子、嵌合分子(PROTAC、ADC)等,并系统研究它们的作用和机制。
2.活性天然产物的作用靶点研究:采用化学生物学、蛋白组学等技术在分子和细胞水平上研究活性天然产物的作用靶点,并在体外和体内疾病模型上对靶点进行确证。
