研究方向
生物技术制药及糖生物化学:重点以生物酶或构建含糖链加工相关生物酶的细胞工厂,进行食品、药物及疾病相关的糖链合成研究,包括功能性低聚糖、寡糖抗感染药物、肿瘤糖链相关抗原、GPI锚定蛋白等糖缀合物;此外还涉及天然产物及药物分子的糖基化修饰,以及糖苷产物的药理活性与机制研究等。
目前主持及参与国家和省部级项目近20项,参编国际专著1部,在Biotechnol Adv、Angew Chem Int Ed、Bioresource Technol、Appl Environ Microbiol、Food Chem等国内外学术刊物上发表科研论文60余篇,申请(含参与)并获得国家发明专利30余项。

讲授课程:本科生及留学生《药理学》、《生物化学》(主讲教师)、《生物技术制药》、《药学导论》;博士生《应用药理学》。
我校教改项目:2020-2022《药理学》“线上”+“线下”的混合式教学模式探究,主持;2023-2025药学专业特色的《生物化学》一流本科课程建设与改革,主持。
课程建设:《药理学》国家一流本科课程,骨干教师(排名2/5)。
教学奖励:“我校2017~2018学年教师教学竞赛理论课竞赛”一等奖。
