姚广民,男,博士,山东省东明县人。现任我校同济医学院新葡萄3522登录网页版教授、博士生导师,中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所客座研究员。入选湖北省“楚天学者”计划、新疆自治区高层次人才工程。主要从事天然药物化学与创新药物的研究与开发。先后主持国家自然科学基金等各类科研项目27项,指导国家级和校级大学生创新性实验计划20余项。在JACS、NPR等期刊上发表论文140余篇。承担本科生《波谱解析》、《天然药物化学》、《天然药物化学实验》;研究生《结构解析》、《药学论文写作》;博士生《药物立体化学》;留学生《Natural Medicinal Chemistry》等课程教学。硕/博士研究生招生专业方向:药物化学(含天然药物化学)、中药与天然药物学。

研究方向
天然药物化学与创新药物的研究与开发。主要是从传统中草药、药用植物等天然药物资源中寻找结构新颖、具有显著生物活性的天然产物,并以此为先导化合物,通过化学结构改造、结构优化等方法从中发现高效低毒的新药候选化合物,开发出具有自主知识产权的创新药物。目前正在系统开展杜鹃花科、石蒜科葱莲属、唇形科鼠尾草属和樟科樟属等药用植物中的活性成分及其作用机制。从中发现了具有显著抗血栓、镇痛、PTP1B抑制、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗炎等生物活性的化合物三千多个,新化合物一千多个,并对其作用机制进行探讨,为创新药物研究奠定基础。
